We stayed for 10 days and would happily stay here again. It's a short walk to central Siena, on a very quiet street lined with trees. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is nearly perfect, though a few shower shelves would help.

The view over the city and surrounding mountains from both the room and bathroom was lovely, and the price is hard to beat compared with other places in town. It's an easy walk to the historic center, with free parking all around. We slept really well in the quiet neighborhood, thanks to the comfortable bed and shutters that kept the room very dark at night. The bathroom was large and updated with good features. The confusing negative review doesn't quite fit how the property is described on Booking, Expedia, and other sites, though perhaps things were different then. The place is on the third floor with no elevator, but that's pretty common in Europe.

Take care. This is a scam. It's not a hotel, but a room that's part of an apartment, like an Airbnb room. There's no parking, despite the advertising, and no reception or staff available. The building is four floors with no elevator.
