Villa Ermellina Siena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We needed a room for the day because the city council had scheduled a power outage in our area. Since we're self employed, we wanted somewhere comfortable to work and relax, and this property worked perfectly. We were greeted warmly in the morning and invited to have breakfast in the restaurant. One of us used the PC corner with WI-FI workspace, while the other worked on a laptop in the room. We had a bright corner room with a king bed, and I even fit in a nap. The bed and linens were comfortable, and I rate the bed as excellent. The room was clean and just what we needed. Renovations were underway, but they didn't interrupt our stay. Olga at the front desk told us they're adding an additional 60 rooms and a spa. I'd love to return when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the pool and large balcony overlooking Siena. We'll certainly recommend this 5 star property to guests looking for one.

The setting and atmosphere were perfect for our special weekend. The property is beautiful, and the decor and ambiance made a lovely backdrop for our wedding. We hosted a welcome party here too, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with service that never missed a beat. We brought all our guests here for our wedding in October 2025, and have absolutely no regrets. The team took care of everything we needed over the whole weekend. Even with a large group, the staff stayed attentive, organized, and genuinely friendly. We're grateful for the experience and highly recommend the property for a wedding or special event, or simply a nice hotel in Siena.

We loved relaxing on the panoramic terrace and taking in the views over Siena. The children were especially happy with the swimming pool, such a treat in the summer heat. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and our stylish room was comfortable. We stayed at Villa Ermellina Siena in August as a family of four. Staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The property feels thoughtfully designed, and its spot just outside the city centre makes it peaceful while keeping Siena's attractions easy to reach. A serene stay with top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!

The crew were so warm and welcoming, and made everything feel delightful. I had the best time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful hilltop villa in Tuscany. Starting the day with a drink on the terrace before wandering around Siena was such a treat. A total dream!
