There’s a cute balcony with a view, and the location is excellent. The design is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the service was great.

The views from the rooms and verandas are a big plus, and the hotel is a relaxing place, especially for couples. It’s recently renovated, with comfortable, clean rooms and a good range at breakfast. The staff are really friendly and happy to answer questions about places to go and things to do. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Siena’s old city and 15 minutes to the stunning Piazza Il Campo. I’d definitely recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable, but the headboard color was flaking off. There was a small bar of soap, no other toiletries, and no kettle or cups or glasses in the room. There was no fridge or minibar either.

Nice place, with a polite and helpful receptionist. But there was no air conditioning or breakfast.
