The place is big, with plenty to do, and the staff were nice and very cooperative during our winter camp. We played a sort of treasure hunt, and they didn't mind as long as we behaved. Just be respectful.

The place is awesome, though the service could use some improvement.

Really top notch.

The games room was a real treat, with bowling, billiards, a place to relax, and a fireplace. The New Year's Eve dinner and party were a lot of fun, with excellent entertainment and food, and they took food intolerances seriously. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gianluigi, who served our table. We stayed there at the end of the year on an organized tour. The hotel is being renovated, with nicely appointed common areas like the reception and lobby, and the renovated rooms are nice. One small constructive comment: the rooms and sheets could have been cleaned with a bit more care.

The restaurant served tasty, high-quality food, and the waiters were attentive. Gianluigi deserves a special thanks for being friendly and polite and taking care of everything we needed. We spent a lovely weekend at your hotel, where the rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. We felt right at home. See you soon.
