The staff were great. Food wasn't amazing, but there wasn't anything wrong with it either. Rooms are a bit dated and the beds weren't the most comfortable, though the rooms themselves are large.

After starting out with two musical groups, Annalisa, aka Annalisa Scarrone, made her name as a solo artist in 2010 and 2011, appearing in the tenth season of Amici di Maria De Filippi. She won the Journalistic Critics' Award that season and again the following year in the "Big" category. Her career has brought more than four and a half million records sold in Italy, making her the top-selling Italian artist of the FIMI era, as well as over a billion Spotify streams. Her awards include the Global Force Award at Billboard Women in Music 2024, the Phenomenon of the Year Award in Europe at the LOS40 Music Awards 2024, two MTV Europe Music Awards, eleven Music Awards, three Power Hits Estate Awards, a Mia Martini Award, and two Telegatti Awards. She has also had ten MTV Awards nominations, four World Music Awards nominations, four Latin Music Italian Awards nominations, four SIAE Music Awards nominations, and one Kids' Choice Awards nomination.

Not the best, but it was acceptable, I guess. The pillows were dirty, there were bugs in the toilet and spiders in the shower, and there weren't any blankets.

The restaurant was a real highlight: delicious, authentic food, beautifully presented in a big room with large windows. The Sunday lunch music was nice too. We stayed two nights with friends, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Our rooms were spacious and warm, with lots of parking available. Breakfast was good, and all the staff were really friendly.

Waking up to birdsong in the quiet woods, with such fresh air, was lovely. The staff were very kind, though perhaps a bit unprepared about a few things. The kitchen handled my food intolerances with care, and the food was tasty and authentic. Our rooms were very spacious and clean.
