LH Mion Hotel

A quiet, relaxing break without much activity is just what this place suits, for couples or families. The hotel is well looked after, with a pool, direct access to the beach and air conditioning in the rooms. The people running it are the real highlight, always friendly and ready to help with a smile. The food tastes great and is high quality, and the wine list is impressive too.

The Mion family were such lovely hosts, and made our two days there a joy. They had bikes for us to use, and the beach stayed uncrowded, with full service attendants. Our room was great and classy, and the food was superb. It felt like a page from the past, and they took care of what we needed and wanted.

Waking up beside the beach, with a great view and a pool included, was hard to beat. The place was spotless, the staff were very polite, and breakfast service was fantastic and included. I'd recommend staying here to anyone.

We just spent five great nights at Hotel Mion, and we'll be back. Like someone else said, it feels like a throwback to when standards were much higher. My wife is very particular about cleanliness, and she thought Mion was the cleanest place we've stayed. Management and staff are superb throughout. Head waiter Antonio deserves a special mention. He's an incredible asset, and we watched him work in at least five languages. Wow!
