The accommodation is centrally located, but the unprofessional staff made check-in a nightmare. They first told us there was a welcome point, then said it was closed when we arrived. The webpage they gave us for check-in didn’t work properly. After the boy broke the key while opening the door, we waited an hour to get inside. Then we discovered there was no water in the house. Nobody apologized or offered us water bottles, even though we had just arrived and it was 42 degrees. When I raised the water issue the next day, they said it wasn’t their fault and they couldn’t do anything. At checkout they told us to sort the garbage according to the recycling calendar, but they hadn’t given us the calendar or even containers for separating the waste. I also found out the house was being rented under a rental contract that we had to sign, with all the unpleasant consequences that involved. One star for the central location.
