This is a converted flat used as a B&B, and it has more of an Airbnb feel than a traditional homestay or B&B. The owner comes in each morning to serve breakfast. He was very friendly and offered helpful advice about Syracuse in charming broken English. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, and it’s good value for money.

The owners were very kind and happy to share tourist information. The B&B is conveniently located for walking to Ortigia, about 15 minutes away, and visiting the Greek theater. Parking near the stadium was very convenient. The apartment is new, spacious, well furnished, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely house and rooms that each have their own bathroom. Highly recommended!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, with lots of tips on places to eat, beaches, and parking away from the tourist crowds. Talking with him, it was clear he cares about cleanliness and the little details. The room was spotless and very spacious, with a kitchen, a large fridge, and a small terrace. The price was very fair, and there was free parking in the area.

We spent a week at Salvatore's house with family and friends, and loved it. Everything was new, comfortable, and spotless. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, each with its own bathroom, and there’s a nice kitchen and a large terrace. You’ll find a bar, supermarket, and deli nearby, and parking is easy. It’s an excellent location, about a 10-minute walk from the center of Ortigia. Salvatore is very kind and always available if you need anything or want advice. If we come back to Syracuse, we know where we’ll stay.
