The studio apartment was thoughtfully laid out and had everything I needed, including a washer and drying rack. It was comfortable to stay in, and it was run professionally with great attention to guests.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the whole apartment cool. We felt right at home, with all the amenities available and very good communication from the host, who replied quickly and kindly, gave precise information, and suggested local activities. The apartment matched the pictures and was clean and welcoming. Self check-in was straightforward thanks to clear, useful instructions, especially with our 9 pm arrival.

Maria and Gioacchino were always available whenever I had a question, and the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Its location was great, close to Ortigia and attractions like Parco Neapolis. Ortigia is about a 15-minute walk away, and there's a supermarket nearby as well as a bus stop for the airport. I had a fantastic holiday and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the price felt great for what we got. My girlfriend and I spent a fabulous week here. It was quiet, with free parking in the area, and the apartment had all the comforts we needed. The city center location meant the free shuttle to Ortigia was a minute away, with other amenities just a few minutes off. The Sicilian beaches were also only a short drive. Everything was perfect for us, nothing to complain about. I’d highly recommend it!

That shared rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus, and the air conditioning in the main rooms was much appreciated. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had what we needed, including towels, kitchen utensils, and bottled water on arrival. It’s ideally placed, around 20 minutes on foot from Ortigia and five minutes from the archaeological sites, with a shopping center about a 5-10 minute drive away. Getting in was easy: the owner sent detailed directions and self check-in went smoothly. There was plenty of free parking nearby. We also had very pleasant contact with the owner and her husband. Thanks again to Maria and Gioacchino for a wonderful stay.
