A dream of a place, right in the heart of Ortigia!

The rooms are nice, and the place is close to the historical artifacts. The host is courteous and kind. The entrance feels scary, though, and the elevator looks like it's from the 1930s. There was no welcome gift such as a bottle of water or biscuits. Breakfast was meager, just a voucher for coffee and a sweet or savory croissant. They don't provide a guidebook or map, so you have to make do on your own.

Self check-in was simple, with clear, detailed instructions. The owners were kind and genuine, ready to help with anything, including over WhatsApp. Our room was cozy and had what we needed: a fridge stocked with drinks, a coffee machine and free pods, plus breakfast vouchers for participating local cafés. Raudino Rooms was clean, well kept, and organized. Parking nearby and the shuttle to Ortigia were both convenient, with the shuttle stopping just a few meters from the property. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for its excellent service and well-managed property.

The location was ideal, in a quiet area but just steps from Syracuse's historic sights, including the Greek Theater and beautiful Ortygia. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the free Wi-Fi and excellent daily housekeeping made the stay even better. From the moment I arrived at Raudino Rooms in Syracuse, the staff made me feel at home with their warm, helpful welcome. The rooms were impeccably maintained and had every comfort I needed to relax. I couldn't be happier with my stay, highly recommend it for a memorable vacation, and will definitely return.
