The host was super friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We stayed two nights in our camper, and the toilet available to us was clean. Definitely a great place to stay.

The rooms are basic, but fair for the price, and B&B Villa PIA is good value. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent for this kind of B&B. It’s also well located, close to both the water and the city. A solid budget-friendly option.

If you have a car, this is a fantastic B&B, even though it’s a little outside Syracusa. The owners are lovely and do their best for their guests. We spent 18 days travelling around Sicily and stayed in lots of places, but breakfast here was the best. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, and the garden is lovely and relaxing.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had lovely homemade food. The owner was very nice and ready to help. A lovely spot for a quiet break or as a stop while exploring Siracusa.

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. The owners made us feel very welcome, the room was clean, and breakfast was lovely. It's about a 10-minute drive from Siracusa and near a beautiful reserve. Thank you!
