The rooms were clean, but shabby, with old-fashioned wiring, worn beds and bathrooms, and no view. It's really a rooming house in an old building, though the entrance hall is smart and the cleaning ladies were nice. There's no guest area, and breakfast is at a trattoria 200m down the street.

Really lovely hotel in a great location, with attentive staff. Alessandra is a sweetheart, and breakfast is great. I washed my clothes in the room and left them on the balcony. When we came back, they had been neatly put on a drying rack so they wouldn't blow away.

We had a great stay. Excellent location and fantastic service, and they were very accommodating with our large group of obviously American tourists. 10/10, would stay again.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. Rooms are spacious but simple, and it's an affordable option. The hotel is small, in a very old building, and has no elevator. There's a local immigration police office just across the street, so groups of people gather in front of the hotel sometimes.

Staff were very good, breakfast was excellent, and the place was very clean and tidy in a central location. The bathroom was large, though the amenities were basic. It was disappointing that there were no coffee or tea facilities, or cups, saucers, or glasses in the room.
