The property is functional, with spacious, modern, well-furnished rooms and private bathrooms for groups of one to four. My three-star rating comes down to a few things: the rooms and shared areas need to be cleaner, and the pillows could be better. I also wasn't comfortable with cameras in the common areas, just my personal opinion. Check-in and checkout times felt a bit tight, and the cleaning lady arrived at 9:30 while we were still inside.

The owners were warm and available whenever we needed something. The rooms had a relaxing feel, with light curtains, white walls, and lighting that bounced off the ceiling to spread evenly through the space. Furniture and bathrooms were impeccably clean. There was a fridge, TV, and wireless internet, and the B&B was affordable and satisfying in every way. For me, it's the best B&B in Syracuse, more than five stars.

We'd gladly return. The owners were kind and helpful, and the spacious room was very clean, with a high-quality bathroom. Ortigia and the archaeological excavations are close by, and there's a coin-operated laundromat on the same street. I recommend it.

We paid €70 a night, breakfast included, which felt fairly moderate. The B&B was modern, welcoming, quiet but not too isolated, and very clean and tidy. Hospitality was excellent, and they were really helpful. I stayed two nights and would choose it again if I came back.

Massimo and Cristina were so thoughtful and welcoming that we truly felt at home. Their courtesy and readiness to help made our time in Syracuse really relaxing, and everything was very clean. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.
