I was one of the first guests and really enjoyed my stay. It's new, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The place feels small and cosy, while still offering plenty of privacy.

The rooms were great and the service lovely. Ortigia is a bit far away, though still manageable. In the morning, the shower temperature fluctuated a bit.

Homemade marmalade and great service, right in the middle of Syracuse!

Rosanna is spectacular, and the apartment itself is a gem. We got a wonderful welcome and found the room spotless, with brand new furniture, a latex mattress, and an ensuite bathroom. Laundry and drying facilities were available, and the shared kitchenette worked perfectly. Breakfast was abundant and healthy.

Rosanna is extraordinary, so kind and helpful. The welcoming, spacious apartment is wonderful, and you can walk to Ortigia in a short time. We stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast in August and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
