We stayed nearly 10 days while visiting Ortigia in Sicily. The place was spacious, had all the facilities we needed, and the location was amazing. Staff replied quickly when we had questions. We had two room cleanings during our stay, and one was poorly done: the bed sheets hadn’t even been changed. They apologized as soon as we complained and did a great job the next day. On our final morning, though, we were carrying all our luggage down from the 3 rd floor at 6:30 am because the lift wasn’t working as we headed to the airport. We had no other option. Aside from that, it was a beautiful place to stay.

You’re right in the heart of ortigia, with clean, modern rooms and clear instructions from the owner. Parking is about a 10-minute walk away. Make sure to give the owner your license plate so you can get into ZTL. The street gets a bit noisy in the morning.

The studio apartment was spacious, renovated, and in a great location. There were a few problems: the walls were thin, the shower barely had any hot water coming through, and staff never replied to my email about parking. When we arrived, the bathroom bin had used feminine hygiene products in it.

The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the piazza, and more, and we felt safe in the area. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for two adults and two kids. Check-in was easy, and staff were quick to answer our questions. We loved staying here and would happily come back. I highly recommend it, it’s a great spot!

The location made it easy to feel like we were living in town, with everything we needed close by. The hosts were quick to respond and really helpful. Our place was clean, comfortable, and had thoughtful little extras, even scissors and placemats. I loved staying here and would book again when I’m back in Siracusa.
