Ortigia Charming Suite

We found the studio ideal for a couple visiting Syracuse. Alessandra was very helpful, with good tips on parking and places to eat, including Osteria Da Mariano. We left the car at the start of Corso Umberto 1, where the hourly rate was much lower than at Talete on the island. The welcome kit was a thoughtful touch. The renovated studio is tastefully done and well equipped, with a cooktop and washing machine, in a beautiful building in a great part of Ortigia. The air conditioning was noisy and not very effective unless left running constantly. Also, don't drive down the building's street. It's a narrow pedestrian zone, and you could get into a difficult spot.
