10/10
I arrived from the airport in the middle of the night, after the kitchen had closed. Even so, the receptionist told me dinner was waiting, though it would only be cold. That warm welcome really surprised me, in the best way. The crew were very nice, the restaurant food was okay, and the hotel had secure parking. The rooms were fine, but the bathroom fittings were heavily used and could use attention. I recommend this hotel.

10/10
The staff are friendly, helpful, and nice, and breakfast was good. The rooms are well equipped, and for the price this is quite a nice hotel. The café bar with its courtyard beside reception is worth a visit for coffee and cakes.

We had a lovely stay thanks to Riccardo. The hotel feels a bit dated, and there were a few small issues in the room, but it was still good value for money.

Good food, a clean room, and a perfect location made for a nice experience.

The service was very good, and the breakfast was good too, even if it got repetitive. A decent bed and breakfast in Syracuse.
