Giovanni and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, and we can’t wait to come back. Their genuine warmth is what makes PhotoGuest B&B stand out. They also pointed us to some fantastic local restaurants we probably wouldn’t have discovered ourselves. Our room was spotless, and thoughtful personal touches made the stay feel special. For the quality, the price was very reasonable. Giovanni took care of every detail and made our time in Syracuse memorable.

Giovanni was a gracious, well-organized host, and we enjoyed chatting with him and hearing his suggestions. He shares a list of restaurant recommendations that aren’t affiliated with the B&B, so guests can avoid tourist traps. We tried several and loved them all. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great balcony overlooking the city. PhotoGuest B&B is an ideal place to stay in Siracusa.

Giovanni, who owns the place, was welcoming and helpful, with good suggestions for meals and things to see and do. We liked the breakfast selection of croissants and yogurt. PhotoGuest B & B is clean and pleasant, right in central Siracusa and within walking distance of Oritiga. We’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay nearby.

Getting to Ortigia on foot is easy, and the B&B is also conveniently close to the train station and bus terminal. Giovanni’s dinner tips were right on target. He was helpful from our first email, arranged an earlier check-in, and welcomed us in person, taking time to explain the procedures and answer our questions. The room was immaculate, and breakfast each day came with the lovely smell of freshly baked cornetti as we walked into the kitchen and dining area. It was our first B&B stay in Siracusa, and we’d happily return.
