Emily deserves a special thank you for the restaurant suggestions, making bookings for us, and all her general guidance. We were welcomed in a friendly, professional way, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with large, tastefully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Its location in Ortigia made it easy to walk everywhere, perfect for visiting Ortigia and Saracusa. A true gem, and I’d definitely return and recommend it.

Most rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette. Simple, clean, and friendly, just right. I only discovered the roof terrace as I was leaving, and it was nice.

The rooms are big, and location is the one real advantage here. The hotel is on a busy street, so traffic noise comes in when you open the window, and we couldn’t open the room’s door window. Breakfast is brought to the room, but you have to order it a day ahead. There was a damp smell in the bathroom and mould in the room. The price is overrated.

A proper boutique hotel, well furnished and in a great location for walking around. We were welcomed warmly, and the rooms were sparkling clean. The mini kitchen and mini fridge both worked great. I can highly recommend it as a great addition to a vacation.

Suite 1 had no air conditioning, even though it was 32C, or 90 F, outside. Our only solution was to spend one night outside Ortigia, and there was no refund. Please stay away from this hotel, or at least from suite 1. I hope the money they robbed from me can go toward fixing the air con so other travelers don’t have to suffer.
