Having a private entrance was perfect, since we could come and go whenever we liked. The staff were welcoming and the service was great. Their English was good enough to get the information we needed, though we sometimes had to use gestures. The room was spacious and overall good, if a little dated. Great location in Syracuse's old quarter. We had a great stay.

The service was nice and the rooms were pleasant. Breakfast, though, was a bit bland and had too many sweet options.

The manager was discreet and very kind, and the location was excellent. The apartment was genuinely clean and tidy. We had a very positive experience, highly recommended.

We spent four nights here and found the apartment quiet and spacious, with all the essentials: air conditioning, dishes, a fridge and freezer, hairdryer, oven, TV, and more. The host was very kind and helpful, and the location in Ortigia made a great base. Highly recommended, and one to remember for another visit.
