Alevic Hotel Sirmione

Benjamino at the bar deserves a special mention. He was always friendly and attentive, and his cocktails were amazing. He’d make up new ones for my wife based on what she’d eaten for dinner. My wife and I loved the stay. It was easy to get around, and everything was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, with tea, coffee, and water replenished during the daily cleaning. We had a balcony in our first-floor room at the front. Breakfast upstairs offered plenty of choice, was laid out well, and the friendly staff kept everything stocked. In the evening, the downstairs bar was well supplied, and the barman was friendly and entertaining. Everyone we met on staff did the hotel proud. The location worked very well for us, close to the town centre, and we got a warm, informative welcome when we arrived.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, and the room décor didn’t seem up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Still, we had a very happy stay and would definitely return if the rooms are upgraded in future. The staff were amazing throughout, with Benjamin especially helpful and a real star. The location is excellent, and the rooftop pool is a beautiful spot to unwind. The lobby and breakfast area are stylish, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was really good too.

This was my third stay here while traveling from Mexico. The hotel is very clean and has plenty of parking, but it’s the staff who keep bringing me back. Everyone from reception to the ladies in the breakfast kitchen is great, and the breakfast is the best in town. Benjamin and Federico at the bar are a fantastic team. Benjamin is the best bartender I’ve dealt with. His drinks are delicious, and you can tell how much care and passion he puts into them. He takes the work personally and professionally, and makes you feel like family rather than just a guest. When I told them I’d be checking out at 3 a.m. for an early flight, they had a packed breakfast ready so I’d have something to eat. That’s what I call excellent service. I strongly recommend Alevic Hotel Sirmione for a relaxing stay, and be sure to visit Benjamin at the bar.
