A great hotel for families, with everything you need. The rooms are clean and great, and it's comfortable, with a kitchen, bathroom towels, warm water, and a big dining room. There's also big FREE parking and WiFi, and the neighborhood is great and quiet. It's a 10-minute walk from the Castle, making it easy to walk around and see all the beautiful things Sirmione has. I'd love to come again. ☆☆☆☆☆

The shower already had hair in it, and some towels weren’t put out until after we arrived. Checkout was at 10, but we were only 10 minutes late leaving when the host was knocking with cleaning supplies in hand.

There’s plenty of room here, plus a little private garden, and the bedroom air conditioning made for comfortable nights. The beds are on the short side at 1.90 m, which is probably typical in Italy, but at 194 cm I found that difficult. We stayed a week and were very happy overall. The kitchen had just a small espresso maker and one large glass. There was enough cutlery for two, though it would have been tight for more people.
