I had to wait in the car for ages before I could even get a response. On check-in day I sent lots of messages, called, texted, and emailed everyone listed on the website, but heard nothing for hours. In the end I had to contact the authorities before anyone replied. There was no apology. Instead, they had the nerve to ask for a late check-in fee. I politely said no, then got harassing messages for several days. The staff were rude and the amenities fell well short of what the description promised. By far my worst hotel stay. Avoid it.

We arrived at 9:00 AM and Alessia kindly arranged an early check-in for us. The accommodation team were great. The apartment itself is high quality too, with lovely design and attention to every detail. For that price, it felt like a first class apartment. Right in Sirmione's old city center, with a perfect location. The best place to stay in Sirmione, highly recommend it to everyone. 10 out of 10!

The terrace gets lovely sun during the day, and the apartment is right in the heart of Sirmione. It was clean, spacious, and modern. The host was lovely too. Highly recommend :)

Alberto gave us great help with everything we asked for. The apartment has its own kitchen and sits right in the center of Sirimone, exactly what we were looking for. We'll definitely be back.
