Hotel Saviola

The rooms are compact, but well laid out and equipped, and the bathrooms were spotless and modern. The hotel is close to the historic center, yet the setting stays quiet. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was delicious and a really relaxing way to start the day. We loved the private beach, especially the comfortable sunbeds and the canopy area that shaded your head. It was easy to read or sunbathe there, even in bright sun. The staff made this our best experience in Sirmione. Everyone we met was cheerful, kind, and genuinely helpful. It felt like visiting friends more than checking into a hotel. Thanks for such a special vacation. We hope to come back soon! 😊

The lake views and little lakeside beach were nice. The room was very small, and our triple felt cramped. It's a decent hotel about a 15-20 minute walk from Sirmione's historic center.

The lake is right there, and parking is available just outside the hotel. Sirmione center is about a 15 minute walk away. Everything we needed :)

We stayed five nights in mid-June. There are restaurants in either direction, and the old town is a 15 minute walk past plenty of places to eat. The hotel sits in a great spot on the peninsula, with parking on the premises. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was self-service apart from the drinks. We ate on the terrace, which has fabulous lake views. Our room was immaculate, the bathroom was excellent, and the firm mattress was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful, always keen to please. Paola at reception deserves a special mention, she's brilliant! There's no evening meal at the hotel, probably because so many restaurants are nearby. Sirmione hotels are painfully expensive. Saviola wasn't cheap, but it was toward the lower end, and I thought it was good value.
