The spa was peaceful and welcoming, and it didn't cost extra. We just walked across to the thermal pool and relaxation area, which my girlfriend and I both loved. The rooms were spacious and clean, just what we needed. From the moment we arrived for our six-day holiday, every staff member greeted us warmly. The hotel bar is fantastic, with beautiful views and friendly staff who speak many languages. It seems popular with locals as well as hotel guests, and they made sure we felt included. It's a great place to stay in the middle of this lovely town, with excellent staff and services. I'd recommend it.

We had dinner included a couple of evenings ago at Hotel Sirmione, and the food was excellent. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant. Before dinner, we had an aperitivo cocktail, and it hit the spot. The barman clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was great, and we'll come back another time for sure!

It was my birthday yesterday, and when I mentioned it at reception they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco on ice and some nuts in my room. Such a lovely gesture, and I really appreciated it. The service was friendly throughout. This was our second stay, and the spa is still a big reason we'd come back. You can relax in it without leaving the hotel, with an outdoor thermal pool that feels especially atmospheric after sunset. Our room was beautiful and clean, with white robes and slippers. Breakfast in the lovely restaurant was delicious and varied. A wonderful hotel with a fantastic spa. Thank you for the thoughtful surprise!

We really enjoyed the SPA and restaurant, which had the best food around. The reception and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive, and our room was new and spotless. One suggestion for management: a kettle and Nespresso machine in the Deluxe Room would be great, since those feel pretty standard nowadays :) We'd be happy to return.

Thank you to everyone at Hotel Sirmione Terme for the 15 days I spent there. I came during a very difficult personal period, and those two weeks became a place to recover. Being able to relax in the SPA and wellness area helped me find peace of mind. I loved the view from the bar and the interesting food, often with a good glass of Lugana wine. Most of all, I'm grateful to the I poeti restaurant staff. They were gentle, kind company during my lonely evenings. I came home feeling renewed spiritually, mentally, and physically. Thank you for keeping my room perfectly clean and ready when I needed to rest, responding to my requests at reception, and even serving a simple morning cappuccino. It was an unforgettable recovery stay. We'll meet again.
