Valeria at reception deserves a special thank you for being kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help too. We stayed with family while visiting Lake Garda and Sirmione, and had a nice time. The room was clean and the location made it easy to explore. We all enjoyed the stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Valerie was a real highlight, with fantastic advice. I stayed recently with two friends, and the front desk team went above and beyond, helping us with dinner suggestions, activities, bikes, and anything else we asked about. They couldn’t have been more attentive. Thanks for all the help!

We booked a room for 4 with a double bed and a bunk bed, but the room we got had a double bed and a sofa bed instead. The receptionist said there were no other rooms and wasn’t willing to help, then went off to mind her own business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a group of friends.

We were so happy with our honeymoon stay at the Vittoria hotel. The staff were all friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast had lots of variety and good quality. Everything was clean and well organized. The location is great, right in the center of everything, and the cost/benefits seemed better than at other hotels. We’re grateful and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely time here, a great find for a stay with 3 friends. The pool was amazing and the food was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Bus connections are easy, so it’s a brilliant location. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable but nice place around Lake Garda.
