Olivi Hotel & Natural Spa

The cats wandering about and napping on the lobby chairs were a highlight. We also enjoyed the spa, and dinner one evening was very good. It was busy, but they found us a table, though I’d suggest booking. Breakfast had plenty of choice and attentive staff. Our lake-facing balcony room had nice facilities and was lovely. The room did get quite hot, though, and the aircon controls seemed switched off.

We had a wonderful afternoon at the spa, with a reduced rate for hotel guests, and ate several fantastic meals in the superb restaurant. Our second-floor room was gorgeous, with windows on two sides and a wraparound balcony. The shared spaces were comfortable and the gardens beautifully maintained. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed meeting the resident cats. We’ll definitely return.

As a guest at Hotel Eden, I spent the day in the spa and it was incredible. After hauling luggage through Italian train stations and airports, my neck and shoulders were so sore. Victoria gave me a wonderful massage, working out the tension with real skill, and the relief nearly brought tears to my eyes. I highly recommend the whole experience. Thank you so much.

We were exhausted after our flight was delayed, and by the time we drove to Sirmione everything was closed and we were starving. Dario welcomed us so warmly at check-in and said Gelindo could make toast and get us some wine. Gelindo went above and beyond, bringing pizza, toasties and local wine to our room while we unpacked. That service is why we’d come back. On Saturday night we sat in the lobby for the live music. It was amazing, with a great vibe.
