The apartments are lovely, with beautiful views over the sea and countryside. The location between Sirolo and Numana is good. It would be great to have a swimming pool. We needed to leave by the last weekend in September because restaurants were starting to close.

A beautiful, comfortable room, courteous and efficient staff, and views that take your breath away. The quiet is restorative too. There’s a magnificent tree at the entrance, and it makes the garden feel like it’s there just for you. A unique stay.

You can get everywhere on foot from this magical apartment, including the beach, village, and restaurants, so we didn’t need a car. It was spotless and very spacious. Superb! We’ll be back soon.

Modern comforts in an old residence, with a balcony looking out over the sea.
