B&B Villa Zelinda

We spent three nights here during our trip to Mount Conero, Sirolo, and Numana, and Michele made us feel very welcome. He manages all the rooms and was professional and kind. He also let me keep my motorcycle inside for the entire stay at no extra charge. We stayed in the ground-floor "diamond pink" room, which has a veranda with a table, chairs, and clothesline. It had everything we needed and more: a refrigerator, air conditioning, mosquito nets on every window, TV, hairdryer, three sets of towels per person, tea and coffee maker, welcome biscuits, local brochures, plastic cups, plus a kettle and cups. The room was always tidy and clean. When we were out, Michele made the bed, changed the towels, and even folded our clothes. That was sweet! The bed and pillows were comfortable rather than hard, and we slept well. The garden is well kept and even has an apple tree. Breakfast isn’t served at the property, but it’s included. At check-in, Michele gave us vouchers for a café two minutes away on foot. He also shared tips about local activities, excursions, and places to eat. It’s not in the center of Sirolo, but we could bike there in two minutes, or walk for twenty minutes along a nice route. Thanks for the hospitality, and see you next time!

The quiet area made it easy to sleep, and the rooms were really roomy and comfortable. The beds and pillows were top-notch, and the bathrooms were just as spacious. Everything was spotless. The place is new and simple, but it has what you need, including a fridge, hairdryer, safe, and air conditioning. Breakfast was generous and excellent. Michele and his family were so attentive: he even bought drying racks after noticing my washing line, and brought out savory croissants when he saw we liked them. We felt looked after the whole time. I’m grateful to Michele for all his advice and care, and hope we can come back soon. I’d recommend it, it felt like home.

Michele and his wife were so kind and ready to help. The location worked really well for driving to the beaches at Sirolo and the port of Numana. It’s a new, comfortable property, and our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and plentiful. This B&B surpassed what I expected.

Michele’s energy is already missed. He was friendly and always around to help, booking us a shuttle to San Michele, handing over maps, and suggesting restaurants with a smile. Breakfast on the veranda was a treat, with plenty of choices, two pastries each, milk, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, fresh milk, and more. The place is a couple of kilometers from Sirolo’s center, in a peaceful spot with lots of outdoor parking. There are three renovated rooms, each nearly thirty square meters, with huge functional bathrooms and big showers. Our room was spotless and delicious, with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, safe, TV, and a large sapphire window. What a show. The price was reasonable at 90 euros. Well done, Michele, I recommend it to everyone.
