Camere Due Per Due

I wasn’t given an invoice. And if you’re going to the beach, there’s nowhere to hang anything up, even just wet towels or swimsuits. The supposed breakfast replacement, an umbrella and two loungers, meant the loungers were put in the middle of the public section of the urban beach. So, two umbrella spots and two loungers, presumably illegally.

We were very happy with the room and service. There’s no breakfast, but for the two days we stayed, the owners supplied an umbrella and loungers for the beach. We could park in the courtyard. The center of Sirolo is a five-minute walk, while getting to the beaches on foot takes about twenty minutes; there’s also a shuttle for one euro per person. Sirolo is a real gem, with beautiful nature, Mount Conero, and stunning views over the gulf.

The owner was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The TV didn’t work, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The bigger issue was that our car was parked 200 meters from the building in an isolated spot. On our last night, someone tried to steal it and damaged the door.

The atmosphere was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. There were a few flaws, but being a family-run place does mean you have a bit more freedom.
