The only thing missing for us was a few sun loungers in the garden. There are plenty of other places to sit outside, though, and the garden is the best part of this lovely historic villa. Our apartment was modern, cozy, and nicely furnished, while the property itself felt like a peaceful pause between Numana’s beautiful beaches and the towns of Sirolo and Numana. There’s ample parking, and restaurants and breakfast spots in Numana are about a five-minute walk away.

The villa sits in a green meadow, with Frate beach only a few meters away and Numana’s central square close by. We also walked to Sirolo, a real gem, in about ten minutes. Lorenzo greeted us warmly and was kind and helpful throughout, with suggestions for places to see, beaches, and bars. Choosing Villa Fernanda for our Conero Riviera holiday gave me a truly poetic experience. I highly recommend it.

Getting to the beach and town center is easy on foot from here. The apartments feel elegant, welcoming, and well laid out, and there’s private parking on the property behind an automatic gate. Such a peaceful place.

Numana and Sirolo’s centers are both conveniently close, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby too. The apartment was lovely, clean, and cared for, and the furnishings were tasteful. Highly recommended!

Villa Fernanda has an attentive, gracious host who cares about guests’ needs. I also loved the exclusive park, with its centuries-old trees and benches where you can rest with a good book after a day on the beautiful Conero Riviera beaches. The home itself keeps the charm of an earlier time. Three very good reasons to recommend it!
