B&B Controvento Soiano

I didn't actually stay here, but I checked the place out before booking it for two friends from the UK, and we all loved it. The rooms are brand new, the pool is beautiful, and Alessandro is a very friendly owner who's always available if you need anything. It's quiet and just five minutes from the lakeshore. Breakfast was yummy, and the price was very reasonable. Strongly recommended! 👍👍👍

We felt at home with Alessandro and his family, who were there whenever we needed anything. Alessandro welcomed us warmly and got in touch beforehand to ask when we'd arrive. He also shared some fantastic local tips, including places off the usual tourist trail. We would love to stay with him again. The pool was what first drew us to this Airbnb, and having the host on site was another plus for us. The whole B&B had only been built six weeks earlier. Our room was large, spotless, and designed to stay clean. There's plenty of free parking on the property, so the car felt safe. Breakfast each morning included a wide range of items and fresh pastries, with a fresh cappuccino alongside. Alessandro cleaned the room and replenished everything we might need every day. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the pillows were just the right firmness for me. The TV already had Netflix logged in, so we didn't need an account. The air conditioning only works with the door and window closed, which keeps it from running when you're out. It cooled the room in two minutes. We did have seven switches to turn off the main light, though. There was certainly plenty of parking space.

The owners' passion comes through in the way the staff looked after every request and made us feel pampered. We've rarely encountered such courtesy and hospitality, and we're leaving with smiles, hoping to return soon. B&B Controvento in Soiano on Lake Garda is quiet and well placed. The property feels beautiful, comfortable, and carefully maintained. The rooms are new, practical, and free of anything pretentious or commercial. Everything seems thoughtfully arranged, and the staff are clearly competent. The pool is exquisite, with attention paid to every detail. Guests who'd like bar service can ask the owner for expertly made cocktails and refined local wines. Breakfast was excellent too. Congratulations!

The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and great quality. Alessandro is very kind, helpful, and clear, and he's put a lot of care into this new business. The simple, minimalist rooms feel welcoming and spacious, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable shower area. In the warmer months, the lovely pool for adults and children, loungers, and big, well-kept green space make the stay special. Would I recommend it? Absolutely.
