Hotel Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa

The hotel itself was pleasant, and I appreciated the excellent shuttle, the polite staff, the friendly welcome at reception, and the well-organized, high-quality housekeeping. But the restaurant experience on our first day was deeply disappointing. About an hour before closing, nearly all the food had run out and wasn't replenished. There wasn't even any bread. The stated closing time was 10:30 AM, yet just five minutes after closing, while guests were still eating, the lights were switched off and the doors opened to push people out. That doesn't meet professional hospitality standards. The restaurant staff's manner was unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Hospitality takes the whole team, and Food & Beverage was unfortunately the weakest part. I hope this feedback is considered as the hotel works to improve its service.

The room and elevator both felt rundown, and the entrance and parking area were tiny. By international standards, I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel, three stars at best. There are definitely better, cheaper options near the airport.

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Great location too. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end, an absolutely fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

There’s a forest and nature behind the hotel, a lovely spot to reconnect with the outdoors after a long journey. We also like how close it is to the airport. The staff are great and very helpful, and it's always nice to return before or after a trip through Malpensa airport. Direct airport shuttles run to and from the hotel. We also recommend arriving by train via Somma Lombardo or Vergiate. @ the Staff of Zeus Essence Dolce: thank you for your hospitality.
