10/10
The reception staff were polite, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The scrambled eggs were especially good and popular. The spa, gym, sauna, and restaurant areas were all clean and well maintained. We had a great stay as a couple. The airport transfer was convenient and just €5 per trip, very good value for a two-minute drive. A couple of things caught us by surprise. An extra towel costs €3, which we hadn't come across before. With a Smartbox voucher, the restaurant menu choices are limited, so it's worth asking about the options beforehand to check they suit you. We waited a little for food at the restaurant, but it wasn't a major issue. Taxis can be expensive, and some drivers aren't consistent with pricing. A daily bus pass is much cheaper and really convenient. All in all, a pleasant stay with good facilities, friendly service, and excellent breakfast. A few small improvements would make it even better.

We booked directly through the hotel site and got the shuttle and breakfast for free, which was really great. After arriving tired in the evening, we were at the hotel by shuttle bus in five minutes. The meeting point might be useful to know: it's behind the reklam stand, see pic, right in front of the arrival gate. Thanks so much for hosting us, DB hotel Verona!

The reception staff were very friendly and helped arrange the shuttle for our early morning airport departure. The bar and rooftop restaurant were pleasant too. It's a fairly quiet, pleasant hotel near Verona airport. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a safe and other things, and the large bathroom had all the necessary amenities.

For an airport hotel, this was one of the better ones I've stayed in, and the hotel itself was nice. The shuttle came in handy, though the directions about where to catch it were confusing. Breakfast wasn't great, and the basic room could have used a deeper clean. Still, it was a relatively above-average airport hotel experience.

The room was good, though the nearby airport made it fairly noisy. I left an expensive shirt behind. At first they said they couldn't trace it, then it was found, but it was never sent to me. Edit: After the negative rating, I got my shirt back. So, here we go with 3 stars.
