Belvivere Suites

We stayed for a week in August as a family of four, and we’re already dying to come back next year. The hosts are fantastically warm and generous, clearly wanting their guests to have the best holiday possible. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the pool is spotless, and the garden is enormous. I can’t fault this place in any way. Thanks a million. Kevin

We had a studio on the third floor, with a beautiful view across the pool and farmland. The village bells serenaded us each evening. The apartment hotel is modern and very well appointed, and the village of Sona is small and beautiful. The location couldn’t have been better, about a 20-minute drive into Verona and 25 minutes to the edge of Lake Garda. There are lots of nearby restaurants and places to walk. The pool is stunning, beautifully made and lit at night, with plenty of loungers and tables for eating or relaxing. Kids have a treehouse and toys in the grass, and we saw rabbits on the grounds. Breakfast is €7 for a well-priced buffet, though we didn’t use it because the kitchen was so well equipped. There’s free parking onsite, plus underground parking if you want it. The key opens gates and doors throughout the complex, which feels very safe and secure. The lady who greeted us was warm and welcoming, and gave us a coffee from breakfast for free on our first morning when we had none. She had plenty of information about local things to do and was happy to help. The WiFi was strong, the bathroom had everything we needed, and there was a washing machine with powder and a dishwasher. It felt like home, they’ve thought of everything. The one thing to consider is that our room was always hot. We couldn’t turn off the heaters and had to keep the windows open. It was cold outside, though some people might like having the heaters on. Thank you.
