We ended up trying this place because nothing else was open on Monday, and its 3.9 rating caught our eye. The staff were friendly and the food was okay. I was surprised, though, that the waitress seemed a bit clueless and charged a service fee per person. Still, I loved sitting there in the sunshine.

One dish came with a screw in it, which was pretty disappointing. I know mistakes happen, but there wasn't an apology in the form of compensation or even a small goodwill gesture. We did enjoy the food otherwise, and appreciated that the team served us despite our arriving close to the end of lunch. A little effort to put things right would have changed how it felt.

We had a great view from both the indoor and outdoor seating, and the spaces are thoughtfully arranged for different guests. Service was quick and professional, with friendly staff. Special mention to the bartender, whose virgin mojito was the most refreshing one I've had.

I can't speak to the apartments, which seem to have drawn some negative comments. The restaurant is a good choice for filling local food, a pleasant atmosphere, and genuinely lovely staff. They even let you have a go with the decorative gramophone on the wall.

Lunch started out well, with the waiter being friendly and finding us space under two large umbrellas on a rainy day. But once the food came, he wouldn't acknowledge that he'd brought the wrong dish, and didn't apologize or try to fix it. The meal itself was honestly among the worst I've had, ridiculously bad.
