Silvia greeted us with precise directions and a friendly welcome to a clean, comfortable place. She took care of the little details and did her best to meet every request. She was warm, helpful, and one of the loveliest hosts we’ve had. My husband and I had wonderful days in Sorano and nearby, with so much to do that we were always full of energy. We hiked in the tufa towns and forests, relaxed in thermal baths, and visited museums, churches, and excavations that brought the past to life. Silvia, the host at Rasna Heart, gave us detailed information about all these activities. I’d highly recommend her and the apartment to couples who want to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. We were traveling the Italy Coast to Coast (C2C) route with a friend and stayed at Silvia's property while passing through Sorano. Silvia was attentive to what we needed and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation just outside the village is clean and welcoming, with adequate amenities. It’s quiet and peaceful there, and breakfast was excellent, with all those little touches that make you feel welcome. Thank you!

Five stars, and I wish I could give more. The place was clean, the breakfast was great, and I felt truly looked after. My dog was welcomed so warmly, which doesn’t always happen. Silvia is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. You really feel at home here, and I highly recommend it.

We found herbal teas, water, and fruit juice waiting in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was generous and varied, with homemade cake. The room itself was spotless, with fresh linens and a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom had useful extras like scented soaps and creams. Excellent value for money.
