It feels like staying at your grandparents' house in a spot they could hardly have chosen better. Luciano was exactly as we expected, friendly and helpful. The place is fantastic, though it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, which is part of what makes it special. It’s so quiet, and shops in the beautiful little town of Pitigliano are only a 15-minute drive away. We’d happily recommend it.

This is our third time staying here, and it’s still such a peaceful spot, with lovely countryside views and a pool. There are a few towns nearby, too. The apartment is excellent, very clean, and has everything you need. Mr Luciano, the manager, goes out of his way to make us comfortable.

The pictures online looked great, so we booked, traveled for 8 hours, and came expecting to use the pool for our holiday. The owner put us in the worst rooms, with beds on the floor. The area wasn’t very tidy either. The worst place to spend a holiday. Don’t book here for a lovely break.

We came all the way from milan after booking the place for 5 days. The owner had explained that the place might have A/C, but there was none at all. He’d also agreed to give us two separate rooms in the same apartment, but the room he promised had been given to another visitor. That was very unprofessional. The property didn’t look like the pictures online, and after our long, tiring journey the owner treated us with real disrespect. I can’t recommend this place at all. Thank you.

We traveled all the way from Modena for our vacation. The owner told us we’d have one apartment for 9 people, but when we arrived, he gave us two apartments that were far apart, with no A/C. Please don’t choose this place for your vacation.
