Villa Anna

The house and garden are unique, and the owners are very nice. The fenced property is great for dogs and families with small children. There’s a barbecue area, a conservatory, and the lake. The sandy beach is a 7-10 minute walk away, even with a dog, and a pizzeria is about 80-100 meters from the house. Shopping centers are fairly quick to reach by car. It’s a little outside town. We felt very comfortable, and I highly recommend it.

The huge fenced garden is perfect for children and dogs. The sandy beach by the lake is about a 10-minute walk away, and dogs are allowed there. The owners were incredibly friendly, and we felt looked after. The house is fully equipped, including a washing machine, which we used once. The only drawback is that shopping requires a car, as there’s no bakery or supermarket nearby. We give the house full marks for a relaxing break 🏡.

We spent two weeks here with our family, and the heat didn’t spoil our mood. Villa Anna played a huge part in making this the best and most wonderful holiday I’ve ever had. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and the cottage is authentic and cozy. It felt a bit cramped at times for four tall Dutch people, but that wasn’t a problem. The cottage is tucked among the mountains right by the lake. Every day we woke up surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, and could drive, cycle, or walk past charming lakeside villages. Como area tourist spots are a half-hour to 45-minute drive away, and Milan is about an hour and a half away by car or train. It’s just outside the busy tourist area, so it’s wonderfully peaceful. The cottage garden is beautifully maintained and fenced, and has sun loungers, a cozy table, a parasol, and a car shelter. Our dogs loved it too. Thanks for everything!

The house felt like home, with all the comforts needed for a family with children and a pet. We loved spending time outside in the beautiful, spacious garden. It’s fully fenced and safe for the children. The beach and lake are also a convenient walk away.
