Our host and contact, Francesca, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, she communicated clearly, stayed helpful, and was always available when my wife or I needed anything. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sorrento. Thanks again, Francesca! The apartment is in the old part of town, close to Piazza Tasso, restaurants, and shops. The elevator down to some of Sorrento’s best beaches, including Bagni Salvatore and Leonelli's, is just a few minutes away on foot. Inside, it’s tastefully decorated with modern furniture. The bedroom is large, bright, and airy, with a small balcony, and the well-equipped kitchen has its own balcony too. There’s a modern bathroom with a rain shower and bidet, a washing machine in the living area, and excellent new air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area that kept the place cool.

Our host Francesca was an absolute dream. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and our stay ended up being unforgettable. GRAZIE Francesca! The apartment felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully set up. It was clean, bright, airy, and very comfortable, and having a washing machine was a real win. The location is central, a short walk from piazza Tasso, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and just two minutes from the beach club access. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay.

A really lovely flat, new and nicely furnished. The host was warm, friendly, and happy to accommodate any needs. It’s a great base for enjoying Sorrento and the surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

The location was convenient, close to everything, but our stay didn’t live up to the positive reviews that led us to book. When we checked in, we told Francesca, the contact on WhatsApp, that there was no heat. She didn’t reply, so we messaged Eduardo, the owner. He first said there was no heat but that extra blankets were available. Francesca later said there was heat and that it could be fixed the next day. We agreed that a technician would come after 11 am on Saturday. By 2 pm, we were told the technician was out of town and that we should try to fix it ourselves by finding the breaker switch. We got another error message but managed to get some heat for that night. When we returned on our last day, the heat had stopped working again, and the internet was down too. We reported both issues and asked for a refund for the two nights without heat. Francesca said she had to check with Eduardo, who refused. I’m not sure they ever actually arranged for the technician, despite saying they would fix it if given time. The bathroom floor had a disgusting brown residue, and there was leftover food in the oven. The Nespresso machine wasn’t working; I told Francesca, but nothing was done. When we brought up the cleaning problems, we were essentially accused of making the mess. The pictures can be deceiving. Based on these issues, I’d steer clear. It seems unlikely problems will be resolved during your stay, and that could mean headaches for the rest of your trip.

A lovely stay right in the centre of Sorrento. Check-in was easy, and the place was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. Great value for the price. Thanks for everything.
