Achille Home B&B Sorrento

My mom and I spent three days at Maria Achille B&B Sorrento, and the warm welcome from Maria and her family made us feel like relatives. It’s a spacious three-bedroom apartment, not a typical 9-square-meter room, with a fully equipped bathroom, a complete kitchen-lounge for cooking and eating, a living room, and a balcony looking over Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples, with the Vesubio as an extra bonus. Breakfast was generous and included delicious pastries baked by Maria’s mom. The B&B is a little way from town, but a bus connects it to Sorrento. We had a really pleasant stay, surrounded by lovely people who enjoy hosting guests, and I’d recommend it if you’re after a different kind of stay.

We were a family of four and spent four nights here in April 2022. The apartment was large, new, clean and had everything we needed. From the huge terrace, the view over Sorrento and Vesuv was incredible. It’s a charming lemon and olive farm, and Maria and her family were so nice and helpful that we felt right at home. Definitely recommendable.

We only booked one night and were so sad to leave. I’d happily come back for a week. The host and her mother were lovely and so accommodating, driving us around the area and sharing information. They made a great breakfast, and the sunset views were gorgeous. Their lemon farm was lovely too.

Maria and her family were wonderful hosts, always available when we needed them. The apartment sits in a beautiful garden overlooking Sorrento. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return.
