The location was fantastic, close to the train and downtown, and the shower was spotless with strong water pressure. The room felt like a big step up from our last Airbnb: clean, more like a hotel, easy to check in, and with great service. I would recommend it. The only snag was the AC, which was hard to operate and keep running. Sometimes it worked well, other times it stopped and the room got hot.

Pasquale gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip. Our train was a little delayed, but he reassured us and was waiting at the front door when we arrived. He stayed easy to reach by message or call and responded straight away. From arrival to departure, he was an attentive, thoughtful host. We recommend the place for its location and the experience, and can't wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

The room was spotless, nicely renovated, and right in the centre. Having a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was a great bonus. Service was great too, and I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Thanks to Pasquale for looking after us so well. The rooms were lovely and the location puts everything right nearby. Also, thanks to Massimo at the front desk for the 'box'. A real gentleman.

The room was great, but breakfast was awful, so I gave it four stars. The toast was burnt and the cappuccino was the worst I've had in Italy.
