Antonio made the place feel like home, and I'm so glad I stayed for all 7 nights. In August 2025, I had the most amazing stay at Villa Elisa. Antonio and his wife Paola gave me a warm welcome. You're right in the busy heart of Sorrento, but step through the courtyard and it feels like a little paradise. Head back out and all the charm of Sorrento is at your doorstep. There are only a few rooms opening onto the leafy courtyard, so it was lovely and quiet. My room was comfortable, with air con, a kitchenette I didn't use, and a modern bathroom. The courtyard water dispenser had still and sparkling water, which was great for topping up bottles before heading out. I also found the wrought iron security gate comforting as a female traveller. This was my favourite place to stay on my European holiday.

The apartment was spotless and well looked after, and the housekeeping was excellent. It's spacious and thoughtfully arranged, with a large walk-in closet, comfortable living area and well-equipped kitchen. The location is just steps from the main piazza, but nights are incredibly quiet. There's some street noise in the daytime, though it dies down by early evening and makes for a peaceful night's sleep. Antonio and his family were the warmest, most gracious hosts I've ever experienced, and clearly care about making guests feel welcome. You must stay here in Sorrento. I can't wait to come back, and I won't stay anywhere else in Italy. It's home away from home.

The owner greeted us with such warm smiles and kindness that we felt at home as soon as we arrived in Sorrento. Thoughtful gestures and the cosy atmosphere stayed with us throughout the visit. Her restaurant and bar suggestions were very satisfying. You can tell this place is run by people with a real sense of good taste. The genuine friendliness made the trip more memorable, and we can't wait to return and make more memories.

Mario greeted us warmly and offered us a delicious choice of espresso or limoncello when we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless and felt like home. Antonio, Mario and the whole family at Villa Elisa made our entire Sorrento and Amalfi Coast trip amazing. The hotel is close to the port and station, and we could walk everywhere in the city. I can't recommend it enough. If you're staying in Sorrento, make sure you stay here. Thanks so much, Antonio and Mario! Grazie Millie!!

The villa’s character made our Sorrento stay feel warm and authentic, and Antonio and his family welcomed us so kindly from the start. We could walk to everything from its central location. A lovely place to stay, grazie mille, Antonio and family!
