Hotel Capri

Breakfast was one of our favourite parts, especially ordering crepes and omelets cooked fresh right in front of us. Teresa kept checking in, helped with whatever came up, and made us feel genuinely looked after. The whole staff was just as kind and ready to help. The lobby and our room were both spotless and well maintained. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm and friendly. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Capri and would definitely stay again.

The staff were lovely, attentive, and quick to help, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well cared for. I also liked the cheerful decor throughout Capri Hotel Sorrento. It’s in a handy spot near central Sorrento, about a five-minute walk from the bus and train station, which made getting to tour meetups easy. Breakfast was great apart from the coffee. If you’re visiting from the U.S., ask for American coffee, since the local brew tastes a bit different. One thing to know, there’s no self-service laundry.

We finished our ten-day trip around Italy with three nights here, and the room was already ready when we arrived earlier than expected. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel is bright and clean, with a spacious, comfortable reception area and a relaxing, spa-like feel. The location made it easy to get around on foot, with the station, shops, harbour, and main square all a short walk away. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Teresa Lauro, who made sure guests were well looked after. I’d highly recommend it in Sorrento.

The manager, Theresa, was the best part of our stay. She was so helpful, made us feel at home, and every recommendation she gave us turned out wonderfully. The room was great, and breakfast had a lovely spread. It’s a beautiful hotel with really nice accommodations. We’ll definitely stay again.
