We booked four nights and paid double the city tax when we arrived. Within five minutes, we found out for ourselves that the water was off and were told it would be fixed. When we came back in the middle of the night, there was still no water, so we couldn't shower or use the bathroom, basic needs. They gave us bottles of water as a solution. If we'd been told upfront, we would have stayed somewhere else. After we contacted Booking, the accommodation said we were lying and that they'd dealt with it urgently. Completely unacceptable. We left in the middle of the night.

We came from Barcelona to visit Campania. The apartment is a bit far from the center, and getting there means using a dangerous road with no pedestrian path. Cars and even motorcycles were driven recklessly. There's only a couple of restaurants close to the apartment, and although the neighbors were noisy, the apartment does have a nice terrace.

Bruno made our stay, sorting out taxis, bookings, and a wonderful trip to Capri whenever we needed help. The apartment was clean, roomy, and had a useful elevator. We could walk to the grocery store in about five minutes and reach the old town in under ten, with loads of restaurants and shops. It isn't five-star accommodation, but the price and location make it good value. We were very happy there.

Bruno was full of helpful suggestions for places to see, and the apartment was lovely. I'd happily stay here again.
