Casa Rosangela

We stayed for three weeks, and the apartment was clean and in a good location. The owner was kind and tried to sort out the problems, even bringing us lemons from his trees, but there wasn't much he could do. The appliances and cookware were poor quality. One stove burner didn't work, the bathtub leaked, and the coffee maker leaked from a crack underneath. We also couldn't run the oven and coffee machine together without the power going out. The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The bigger problem was Fransesca at Estate 4home, who rented us the place. She was rude and very unresponsive, and said we weren't telling the truth. I couldn't believe how she treated my family. They sent someone to clean just once during our three weeks. I feel bad for the owner, who was very nice, to have such a terrible management company. I won't do business with them again.
