There are plenty of shops around, and everything else felt close at hand. The station and port were both about a five-minute walk away. The host was so friendly and glad to help, and the property was very clean. My room was spacious with a good view from the window, and as a woman travelling alone, I felt safe here.

The location worked out beautifully: right in central Sorrento, but away from the busiest stretch, so it was peaceful while still close to everything. María Elena also helped us arrange a trip to Capri, and on my birthday she left a thoughtful little surprise that meant a lot to me. Our room at the Diff’ Rent Hotel was spotless and spacious, with lovely decor that felt both elegant and cozy. María Elena was such a warm hostess, and the care she put into the details made the stay feel special. It was a wonderful visit, and we'd gladly come back. Thank you, María Elena. 10000% recommended!

The bed linen was clean, and the sofa bed was so comfortable I could hardly believe it was one. The staff, including the cleaning team, were kind. My single room was small but perfectly comfortable for one person. Getting around was easy, with Sorrento Station three minutes away and the port ten minutes away. There’s also a supermarket directly across the street.

The room key didn't secure the door properly, so it could be left open. And although the cleaning service itself was good, staff went into my room without asking and threw away some of my belongings. I wouldn’t stay again. The central Sorrento location was handy for restaurants and the theater. The bathroom was as expected and had towels, shampoo, and other basics; the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was air conditioning. Check-in was confusing because I wasn't given the instructions ahead of time. I was told someone would let me in at the scheduled time, or, if I arrived later because of the train schedule, send self-check-in instructions. They also miscalculated my stay and told me before I left that I owed an extra soggiorno fee in cash. There was no one available to take the payment or give change, and no nearby ATMs. I was told to wait for the cleaner, but after I delayed leaving by two hours, they still hadn't arrived. I booked during the holiday season when there weren't many options.

We were there February 1st and 2nd, 2026. Everything was new, worked well, and was spotless. A really central place, and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommended! 👍
