Domus Sole

I could see Mount Vesuvius from my room, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was so peaceful. The room was very clean, especially the bedding and bathroom, and the owner was friendly and clearly cared about good service. Breakfast was simple and fresh, with tasty bread and coffee. Carrefour and downtown Sorrento are both walkable, and there were little snacks in the room and hallway too. I had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

The location is central, about 10 minutes from the train station and 15 from the dock. We also liked that a small breakfast was included at the restaurant across the street, and O'Parrucchiano La Favorita Restaurant is within walking distance and worth eating at. We had great hospitality at Domus Sole. Salvatore was kind enough to let us check in early, showed us around the room, and explained how to get in and out of the property. Great value, and a very kind host.

We were two couples staying in two rooms in the apartment house. Salvatore manages it professionally and welcomed us with a smile, plenty of patience, and lots of information about things to do nearby. He was available whenever we needed anything. The apartments have been fully renovated and are well cared for. I've never seen cleaning services at this level. Everything needed was there, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The location is excellent, just a minute's walk from Sorrento's historic center. Highly recommended, and many thanks to Mr. Salvatore.

The staff were so friendly, and the place itself was lovely. Our room was bright and open, spotlessly clean, and had a big bathroom. I wish everywhere we stayed in Italy had been this nice. I'd absolutely recommend Domus Sole.
