The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the location was great. We enjoyed the free breakfast of a drink and pastry at a place just down the street. The rooftop could use some upgrades, and there was no hot tub.

We stayed at Emma for three nights. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and the cleaning lady is very kind. Unfortunately, the owner was hard to reach. I called ten times and got one answer. She leaves the rooms to a woman who cleans and "prepares" breakfast using food the owner sends. From what I could tell, the owner doesn't even live there and almost never visits. Breakfast was very poor, mostly packaged supermarket food. They'd be better off removing it and lowering the price a little.

We spent most of our time out exploring, so the room had everything we needed. The owner was warm and helpful, and the place is close to the heart of Sorrento. We loved staying here.

The stairs were the only drawback, though they didn't bother us. We had a lovely four-night stay, with helpful staff even when we didn't speak the same language. Corso and plenty of restaurants and shops are an easy walk away, right in the heart of Sorrento.

Our suite worked perfectly for a couple or a girls' trip. The rental is just off the main square, in a beautifully renovated building, right in the heart of Sorrento.
