La Villetta

Monica and Floriana made us feel welcome and even helped carry our heavy bags up to the room. Rosa was wonderful too, making delicious breakfast each morning. I especially loved the pancakes and will miss them. On our last day, we asked for a couple of oranges and lemons to take as souvenirs, and she kindly gave us plenty. That meant a lot. We stayed in an economy room, which was clean, cozy, and suited our needs. The property is beautiful and very well kept, right on the main street but still peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely stay at La Villetta in Sorrento. The town is charming, and I’d recommend staying here over Amalfi or other nearby places. La Villetta is a great choice.

We were surprised by how quiet and pleasant La Villetta was, right in the city center. Shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and churches are just steps from the main entrance. The room was small, but the view from it was lovely. The staff member was friendly and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. We could pick breakfast from a menu and choose to have it in the room or garden. If we come back to Sorrento, we’d definitely choose this apartment again.

Right in the historic center and about five minutes from the train station, so everything was close by. We stayed four nights and it was just what we wanted. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was good each morning. There are quite a lot of steps to the room, though we managed fine even with suitcases. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again if we return to the Amalfi Coast.

We loved staying here. It was tidy and nice, right in the center, and breakfast was great, served either in the room or garden. The staff were friendly and service minded.
